Was Yeshua really resurrected on Sunday morning?
This is a question that doesn’t seem to come up among Christians. They are quite satisfied with what their pastors tell them without really questioning it or putting their teachings to the test.
There is nowhere in scripture that states that Yeshua rose on Sunday morning. What is stated is the women found the tomb empty on Sunday morning. So Yeshua must have risen some time before then.
Yeshua said “as Jonah was in the belly of the fish, so too will I be in the heart of the earth for 3 days and 3 nights”.
In order to figure out this timeline we must have the proper starting point.
Now the Christian church says that Yeshua died on Friday afternoon but unfortunately you can’t get 3 days and 3 nights from Friday to Sunday morning.
Now believers will come up with all kinds of different excuses for this discretion but all will fall under serious scrutiny.
There are many studies that will show that Yeshua actually was hung on the tree and died on Wednesday and rose on Saturday at 3 p.m.
If your heart knows that there is something definitely wrong with what you have believed for so long I encourage you to research, study, dig into the word and find out for yourself. Don’t be discouraged.
